Åžehir oteli olarak projelendirilen yapının mimari çözümlemesinde imar kısıtları, arsanın küçüklüÄŸüne karşı programın yoÄŸunluÄŸu, yerel yönetmelik ve standartlara ek olarak yabancı otel markasının uymakla yükümlü olduÄŸu uluslararası norm ve standartlar projenin temel belirleyicileri olmuÅŸtur.
5.850 m2’lik inÅŸaat alanına sahip yapı, 630 m2’lik arsanın tamamını kullanırken yol cephelerinde yola çıkma haklarını kullanıyor. BitiÅŸik nizam imarlı arsanın diÄŸer üç tarafı yolla cepheli. Atatürk Bulvarı tarafından otel giriÅŸi saÄŸlanırken, 1472 sokak tarafından restoran için ayrı giriÅŸ bulunuyor. Personel ve servis giriÅŸleri ise arka cepheden alınıyor. Ara asma katı bulunan bir bodrum kat, Zemin kat ve 7 tip kattan oluÅŸan otel toplam 140 adet odadan oluÅŸuyor.

In the architectural solution of the building, projected as a city hotel, the development constraints, the intensity of the program against the smallness of the land, international norms and standards that the foreign hotel brand must comply with as well as the local regulations and standards have been the main determinants of the project.

With a construction area of 5.850 m2, the building uses the right way to go in the way from the front way using the entire plot of 630 m2. Adjacent zoned land faces the street on three sides. There is a hotel entrance on Ataturk Boulevard side, and a separate street entrance to the restaurant by the road 1472. Staff and service entries are provided from the rear front. Consisting of a basement with a mezzanine floor, Ground floor and 7 types of floors, the hotel has a total of 140 rooms.
