Located on the way to Antalya Airport and designed by RGGA Architecture, this mixed-use project offers a unique living and working space by combining office, residence, commercial and recreational areas. Standing out among other buildings in its surroundings, this center draws attention with its modern design and functionality.

The architectural approach of the project is characterized by glass facades and layered terraces. These modern building elements distinguish the project from other buildings in its surroundings and give it an identity. The use of glass facades maximizes the penetration of natural light into the interiors, increasing energy efficiency and creating a spacious atmosphere in the interiors. Tiered terraces offer residents and users of the building the advantages of the outdoors, while at the same time acting as sun shades to protect them from the high sun rays of the hot Mediterranean climate.

The dynamic shopping areas on the ground floor offer a shopping experience where users play an active role and the building-human relationship is sustained. These areas have the feature of being a center where social interactions are intense while shopping at the same time. The positioning of the shopping areas on the ground floor provides easy access for users and increases the vitality of commercial activities.

The project's open-air shopping mall concept is realized by integrating the basement and ground floor shops. This concept provides visitors with a comfortable shopping experience while allowing them to take advantage of the outdoors. The open-air mall design allows users to be in touch with nature while shopping and increases the attractiveness of the shopping center.

Combining working and living spaces is one of the important features of the project. The shops form a base for the office masses, bringing together commercial and business life. This approach allows users to easily combine their work and daily lives. The integration of office spaces with commercial areas makes it easier for employees to meet their daily needs and increases work efficiency.

Residence units offering modern and comfortable living spaces occupy an important place in the project. High quality materials and aesthetic design make these living spaces more attractive and offer a luxurious life to its users. The modern design of the residence units combines the comfort of city life with nature and offers residents a peaceful living space.

The project includes large green areas, terraces and recreation areas designed for social activities. These areas meet the recreation and entertainment needs of the users and support the concept of living in touch with nature included in the project. The recreation areas offer both office workers and residents the opportunity to live in touch with nature.
