The project land is located right at the beginning of Uzay Çağı Avenue. There are a total of 210 independent units that will be used as home-offices on the land that fronts Ostim Boulevard due to its location. 120 of these units are 68m2 and 90 of them are 50m2. There are shops facing the road under the mass. Behind the shops facing the road, there is a 4-storey parking lot and technical volumes.
The shops and the parking lots behind them form a base for the home-office block, creating an artificial topography in a way. In 2016, the construction of the project, for which the license was obtained, did not start due to the decision of the investor and the project was reworked with rggA to produce a new project.
