GüneÅŸ Gökçek, Founder of RGGA Architecture, took part as a Speaker in the “Sector Stakeholders Speak” Panel

An important step has been taken in the preparation of qualified architectural works and projects that will contribute to the brand value of Ankara, the capital city, in the second century of the Republic. The “Sector Stakeholders Speak” panel organized in this context brought together the leading stakeholders of the sector.

Organization of the Solar Skyscraper and Panel
GüneÅŸ Gökçek, founder  of RGGA Architecture office, took part in the panel as a speaker. The panel, organized in cooperation with the Ankara Branch of the TMMOB Chamber of Architects, ATO Professional Committee for Residential Construction Contracting No.35 and Professional Committee for Project Services No.63, brought together important names in the sector.

The panel was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Åžeyda EMEÇKÄ°, Head of the Department of Architecture at Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Other names who took part in the panel as speakers were as follows:

Ragıp GüneÅŸ GÖKÇEK - Vice President of the Turkish Association of Freelance Architects,

Dr. Kadir Hakan YAZAR - City Planner.

The panel discussed the importance of stakeholders in the sector acting in cooperation with a common mind for the preparation of architectural projects and works that will contribute to Ankara's brand value. In addition, the legal regulations needed and the effects of these regulations on the sector were discussed.

In their speeches, the speakers emphasized what needs to be done to improve Ankara's architectural texture and understanding of urbanism and exchanged ideas with other stakeholders of the sector. The panel was instrumental in taking important steps for the future of the sector.
