Today's investments are growing with the momentum of financial power. Densities are planned on a neighborhood scale in building islands. In a way, this issue constitutes the main problematic of the projects. The intersection of the questions of how to create settlements and apartment types in such dense areas with adequate space quality, established privacy relations, created urban spaces, and what kind of composition and silhouette they give to the city constitute the basic approaches of the project.

BC Prestige project is located on the second circular axis of Erbil City, defined as 60m. The first island of the project, which consists of building islands, has an office block on the first island and bazaars on the ground floor. Above the bazaar masses, there is a residential block that rises gradually and forms terraces on top of each other and houses 1+1 and Studio apartments. The other building island consists of residential blocks diversified with garden duplexes, roof duplexes, loft apartments, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartment types.
