Beytepe Housing
Ankara / Turkey , 2023
Beytepe Housing Project is a low-rise housing project designed to offer an alternative life to the housing typologies of the region at the transition point between high-rise housing projects and villa parcels in Beytepe.
It opens the doors of an elite life in many aspects for its twelve users with three four-storey blocks with one apartment on each floor, leaving 4 acres of the approximately 5 acres of land to green area.
The living spaces of the 240m2 apartments, which can be characterized as 5+1 or 4+2, with four facades, are planned with the most suitable orientation strategy for its function. In the project, all facades of the apartments are arranged to receive maximum light, which ensures that natural lighting is at the highest level throughout the day. Thus, each unit offers large and spacious living spaces.
At the same time, despite being a low-rise residential project, the sloping topography of the plot is turned into an advantage with the staggering strategy, dominating both the city view and the green texture created by the large landscape area. Beytepe project stands out as a special residential complex that offers its residents a modern and comfortable life, while at the same time combining aesthetics and functionality.
