Gerdanlı Residence
Ankara / Turkey , 2023

In the Gerdanlı Residence project, the commercial axis consisting of shops facing the bustling boulevard and the residential building integrated with the urban landscape are designed to meet all the needs of modern life.

c-2.jpg

A gridal axis system that supports modularity has been created for the efficient use of the building layout area and two different typologies have been obtained. One of the modules on the vertical axis has been reduced and terraces have been constructed, and these terraces have been designed as isolated gardens and private spaces with city views for the users. The terraces also increase visibility from Yozgat Boulevard.

The green areas lost in the high-rise buildings brought about by the increasing population density are included in the living spaces with the gardens created on the floors in the Gerdanlı Residence project.
