Kadraj Çayyolu
Ankara / Turkey , 2023

Kadraj Çayyolu is a housing project consisting of 24 villas, situated in an area primarily occupied by detached residences. Designed as a villa complex to maintain the integrity of the region. The project takes advantage of its sloped topography; some of the villas are equipped with basement floors, allowing for entrances at the same level to enhance interaction among residents and strengthen neighborly relationships.

Additionally, villa gardens are positioned on reverse facades, creating private, secluded areas for the residents. In row villas located along the street, basement floors created using the slope allow for two floors facing the road. The relationship between the kitchen and garden is prioritized in all 24 villas, and the layouts are designed accordingly.

The project stands out with the use of natural materials on its façade. Modern villas have been designed with convertible materials and an eco-friendly approach. It is a delightful project where residents can experience both secluded living within the city and prioritize neighborly relationships.
