Perpendicular to the Malatya city center and the developing axis to the West, the urban area is defined by the commerce functions. This commercial axis also defines the housing areas by turning its back on the rest of the land. Houses wrap the land to form its own inner emptiness and rises over the commercial blocks. The main determinant of the project is the poetry emerging among these blocks.
