LocateLocated in the northwest of Ankara, Keçiören District is known for its dense population and various social and commercial activities. Especially in recent years, the Ovacık neighborhood, situated within it, has gained prominence with its high-rise modern residences.
The Ultra Forum project stands out with its modern architectural design and extensive social amenities. The plot, flanked by neighboring parcels on both sides, faces the boulevard to the north and a 10-meter road to the south. This configuration allows for commercial use on the Boulevard side and residential use on the Southern Road side, ensuring completely independent solutions for commerce and housing.
Commercial use is planned in the form of shops facing the road, while on the residential side, a social courtyard is created with garden duplexes planned as townhouses. Adjacent to the commercial side of the courtyard, a 24-story residential block is positioned.Ultra Forum aims to meet everyone's expectations with its modern architectural design, social areas, and various housing options, providing an ideal living space for those who want to escape the city life.
The project consists of a total of 144 apartments of 20 different types, 12 villas, and 12 shops.
