Yorum Istanbul Houses is located in Bayrampaşa district of Istanbul. With the effect of the environmental data, a layout was preferred to form an inner courtyard that turns to each other and holds the perimeter of the plot. A dynamic silhouette effect is aimed with blocks of different heights. The conceptual design of the project was realized by Bünyamin Derman and the preliminary, final and application projects were prepared.
